회전 모션에 대한 요구 사항은 크기, 허용 하중 및 포지셔닝 정확도 측면에서 그 범위가 매우 다양합니다. PI는 에어 베어링, 토크 모터 구동, 모터 구동식 웜기어 결합, 소형 피에조 모터 스테이지, 직교 팁-틸트 장착 옵션이 있는 특수 고니오미터 스테이지 등 모든 종류의 모터 구동화 및 가이드 옵션을 갖춘 스테이지를 제공합니다. 모두 해당 리니어, 수직 및 XY 스테이지와 함께 다축 조합으로 장착할 수 있습니다.
